Course overview
Thai massage is more than a series of techniques applied to the external physical body. It includes soft tissue manipulation, but the emphasis is on stretching and loosening the body and working with the energy flow within. The spiritual aspect is important and practitioners work in the spirit of loving kindness and compassion. Massage given in this way is a healing experience for both giver and receiver.

Level
On successful completion of this course, you have received training designed as either a foundation qualification leading to further studies to attain a practitioner level, or professional development to gain additional skills and knowledge to expand the practice of the existing therapist.
Certification
On successful completion students will receive the following award: The BSY Professional Certificate of Merit in Thai Massage.

Having progressed through each lesson you can take your final examination at home, and at a date and time that suits you. Then, on successful completion you will be awarded your BSY certificate.
