On successful completion of this course you will achieve the NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Tenant Support in Social Housing qualification.

The NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Tenant Support in Social Housing is a regulated qualification. This means it is a nationally recognised qualification, regulated by Ofqual in England.

This qualification will improve your knowledge of the functions of housing associations and ways in which their tenants can be supported. It will support learners within the housing sector to develop their knowledge of how to better support tenants.
