Technology Enabled Care (TEC) is becoming increasingly significant in health and social care, with over 1.7 million vulnerable individuals depending on it to maintain their independence at home. This qualification provides learners with an understanding of the positive impact technology can have on individuals and the enhancements it can bring to their quality of life.

Learners should be at least 16 to undertake this qualification.

On successful completion of this course you will achieve the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Technology Enabled Care qualification.

The NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Technology Enabled Care is a regulated qualification. This means it is a nationally recognised qualification, regulated by Ofqual in England.

This qualification could will help you develop an understanding of the impacts that technology can have on people and the impacts it can have on their quality of life.
